Fish Tacos – This is one of my favorites. I had my first taste of fish tacos in Baja – Los Cabos, Mexico. Have since had Caribbean Style in Belize Central America, and just plain old Fish Tacos in the Florida Keys. I usually try them when I find them on a menu near the sea.
